Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the digital delivery procedures, activation timelines, access methods, and customer support standards for software, subscriptions, and usage credits provided by Massive Action, LLC (“Engager Pro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. 100% Digital Delivery (No Physical Shipping)

Engager Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, web application, and AI-powered Google Chrome browser extension operated by Massive Action, LLC.

All products, memberships, subscriptions, and usage credits (Sparks) are delivered 100% digitally. We do not manufacture, package, ship, or deliver any physical goods, hardware, or printed media.

Because all services are provisioned electronically over the internet, no shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or physical delivery addresses are required at checkout.

2. Immediate Digital Activation & Sparks Fulfillment

Digital delivery takes place automatically upon successful completion of your payment through our secure payment processor (Stripe):

  • Subscription Memberships: Access to your Engager Pro membership (e.g., Engager Pro Monthly) is activated immediately once payment is confirmed. Your account status transitions to active, unlocking all subscriber features in the browser extension and web portal.
  • Monthly Included Sparks: If your plan includes an allowance of Sparks (such as the 1,500 included Sparks with Engager Pro Monthly), your digital wallet is credited automatically upon payment confirmation and refilled at each successful monthly renewal.
  • Add-On Spark Packs: Purchased Sparks packs are credited directly to your digital account balance upon successful payment. Purchased Sparks roll over indefinitely, do not expire, and become available for immediate use across supported features.

You will also receive an automated email confirmation and receipt sent to the email address you provided during checkout containing your order summary and quick-start links.

3. How to Access the Control Tower & Chrome Extension

Once your payment is complete, you can begin using Engager Pro immediately through the following steps:

  • Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension: Visit https://engagerpro.com/download to install the official Engager Pro extension from the Chrome Web Store. Pin the Engager Pro icon to your browser toolbar for quick access.
  • Step 2: Sign In with Your Account Email: Click the Engager Pro icon in your browser. Enter the exact email address you used when completing your purchase to receive a secure one-time sign-in code, or sign in using Google OAuth with the corresponding email account.
  • Step 3: Access the Control Tower (Web Portal): Manage your account, view your digital wallet balance and ledger, update profile settings, or adjust your subscription anytime by visiting the customer portal at https://account.engagerpro.com/account.
  • Step 4: Attend Live Onboarding & Training: All active members receive access to daily live onboarding and coaching sessions. View the schedule and join live at https://engagerpro.com/live.

4. Cancellation and Billing Inquiries

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the customer billing portal at https://account.engagerpro.com/account without needing advance notice. Self-service cancellation stops future renewals while preserving your paid access through the end of your prepaid billing period.

If you prefer assistance by email, contact us at developer@engagerpro.com or support@engagerpro.com at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to allow for manual processing.

5. Support & Assistance with Delayed Access

While digital delivery is designed to be instantaneous, occasional network delays, email spam filtering, or payment fraud reviews by your card issuer can occur.

If you have completed payment but do not see your account activated or have not received your confirmation email within a few minutes, please take the following steps:

  • Check your email spam or junk folder for your welcome message and receipt from Engager Pro.
  • Ensure you are signing into the extension or Control Tower with the exact email address used at checkout.
  • Visit our Support Center at https://engagerpro.com/support for troubleshooting guides and walkthroughs.
  • Contact our support team directly. We are happy to verify your payment status and manually activate your access if needed:
