1. Services Provided
Engager Pro is operated by Massive Action, LLC. We provide a browser extension, website, AI-assisted writing and relationship-management tools, memberships, training, and related support services.
Services may include:
- Software features such as Comment Wizard, Co-Pilot, Engager Coach, Voice Calibration, Signal Maps, Relationship Radar, My Orbit, and Content Studio
- Coaching or training access
- Subscription-based memberships
- Digital content and resources
- Community or support access
We reserve the right to update or improve services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are authorized to make purchases
- You will use services for lawful purposes only
3. Payments & Billing
Free 72-Hour Test Drive
Your free test drive begins when signup is successfully activated and lasts 72 hours. Eligible new accounts receive 150 complimentary welcome Sparks. No payment card is required, and the test drive does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must choose a membership and complete checkout to obtain paid access.
Repeat signups do not restart the trial or grant additional welcome Sparks. If you upgrade before your test drive ends, unused welcome Sparks remain in your account and are consumed before your monthly included Sparks. If you do not upgrade, access ends after 72 hours and remaining Sparks cannot be used while your account is expired.
Monthly Membership & Sparks Allowance
The current standard Engager Pro Monthly membership costs $47 USD per month, billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Any applicable discount or different agreed price is shown at checkout. Annual and Lifetime plans are not available for new purchases.
Your included Sparks balance is refilled up to 1,500 at the start of each paid monthly billing cycle. It does not accumulate from month to month. For example, if you have 400 included Sparks remaining at renewal, the refill adds 1,100, bringing your included balance to 1,500—not 1,900. Unused monthly allowance does not carry forward as an additional allowance.
Sparks are usage credits for Engager Pro features. Feature usage can consume Sparks; consult the displayed feature cost and your account balance.
Purchased Add-On Sparks
Purchased Spark Packs are separate from your monthly included allowance. Purchased Sparks do not expire, roll over indefinitely, and have no balance cap. They require an active membership to be spendable. If your membership is canceled or lapses, unused purchased Sparks remain banked in your account and become available again when you reactivate a paid membership.
When available and eligible for use, Sparks are consumed in this order: courtesy, promotional (including welcome Sparks), monthly included, earned, then purchased. Purchased Sparks are consumed last.
Subscription Billing
If you enroll in a subscription:
- You authorize recurring billing to your payment method
- Billing occurs monthly or as agreed at checkout
- Charges continue until canceled
Billing Adjustments
Occasionally billing corrections or prorated adjustments may occur due to:
- Product transitions
- Discounts or grandfathered pricing
- Technical or processing issues
- These adjustments ensure accounts remain current and active.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry the payment
- Access may be paused until resolved
- You agree to keep a valid payment method on file
4. Refund Policy
Because our services provide immediate access to digital tools, resources, and subscription benefits:
All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
However, we are reasonable humans. If something is off, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Refund decisions are made at our discretion and do not obligate future refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before its renewal through the Customer Billing Portal at https://account.engagerpro.com/account. Self-service cancellation does not require 24 hours’ advance notice. Complete cancellation before the scheduled renewal time to avoid the next recurring charge.
If you prefer assistance by email, send your cancellation request to developer@engagerpro.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal to allow for manual processing. Email requests are not processed instantly; use the self-service portal when renewal is approaching.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Until then, you retain access and may use your spendable Sparks. Uninstalling the extension, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel a paid subscription.
When paid access ends, unused monthly included Sparks are no longer available and do not carry over as a free allowance. Purchased Sparks remain banked as described above.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles, except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in an applicable offer.
6. Grandfathered or Discounted Pricing
Some customers may receive:
- Founding member pricing
- Promotional discounts
- Grandfathered subscription rates
These rates remain active unless:
- The subscription is canceled
- Payment fails for an extended period
- The account becomes inactive
If canceled, reactivation may occur at current retail pricing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share login access with unauthorized users
- Reverse engineer or copy proprietary tools
- Use services for spam, abuse, or illegal activity
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform
Violation may result in account termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, branding, and materials are either owned by Massive Action, LLC or contracted 3rd Party vendor
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute without permission
- Copy or duplicate proprietary systems
- Claim our content as your own
You are granted a limited license for personal or business use as a customer only.
9. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide helpful tools and support. However, we do not guarantee specific business or financial results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law: Massive Action, LLC is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Platform downtime beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 30 days.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Payment is not maintained
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
We will always aim to communicate first whenever possible.
11. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
